Formation of the Programme Consultative Committee (PCC) of the FoSHoL Program

The European Commission has constituted the Programme Consultative Committee (PCC) with the following members as per provision in the contract FoSHoL-Coordination (Contract No. 82929) with the addendum No. 1 to the contract dated, 2 March 2007. |

| The Tentative Terms of Reference |
| |
| The PCC will: |
1. |
Facilitate coordination among all programm partners; |
2. |
Review the overall and annual work plans and budgets of FoSHoL-Coordination before they are submitted for approval by EC; |
3. |
Review progress of implementation and recommend actions to enhance quality and timelines of implementation of the programme; |
4. |
Establish appropriate sub-structures as deemed appropriate within the FoSHoL-Coordination project to facilitate implementation of any FoSHoL programme activities in a coordinated manner. These, among others, may include a number of issue based operational working groups. Each group may consist of appropriate representation of the FoSHoL NGOs and FoSHoL Coordination and external professional in the relevant fields; |
5. |
Meet quarterly, and more frequently if needed; |
6. |
The PCC will operate by consensus. |

| The Chair of the PCC may invite any relevant person in the meeting as deemed appropriate. |
